Terms and Conditions.

About me:
I am a private seller and hobby LEGO builder. I regularly exhibit ELGO around SK and CZ. I do this to support my hobby and the AFOL community. This is not my main job (sadly..) :) But I hope it will be soon.
All designs are done by me. I take reference in existing LEGO products and/or discontinued themes and extend them with additional prints for parts and minifigures. Some simmilarities might occure as I try to keep withing the design of a specific theme ;) I do not copy other designers and customizers.

Technology:
I use a combination of equipment and my know-how to get the job done. I have a laser a UV printer, DTF printer, a resin 3D printer and a few other small tools and machines =) For this page the msotly used is the Roland UV printer which offers an exceptional print quality. The thinckenss of a line in the design can be as thin as 0,15mm! A 1mm text is still readable with a magnyfying glass!

Order to Deliery times:
Since I do every order after it´s been submitted I only keep a very little stock of actual printed parts. I try not to have a big stock becasue I already have over 600 products and to keep a stock of them all would greatly increase my costs and space requirements. Therefore for the moment the processing time of an order can vary from a few days to 4 weeks. Sometimes orders contain parts that are sold out and I need to restock them which takes about 2 weeks. This greatly adds to the time needed to fulfill an order. Also I do prints per type so If and order is missing a cape it might be 99% complete but has to wait till I do mass cape printing a week later. So here and there some delays can be added but usually I ship within a 2 week time frame. If you need the parts faster please note it in the order and I do my best but can´t guarantee it!

Parts:
I only use NEW and genuine LEGO parts. Unless it´s a old color or it´s not produced anymore like a trans neon orange Ice planet visor or old grey slopes etc. I try to center parts as good as I can but generally a 0,2-0,5mm offcenter is quite common. Lately I have been improving and most parts will be centered very nicely! Also the prints are borderless in most cases: shields, keychains or my collectable cards.

Where do I ship:
In short I ship worldwide. USA, Canada, Americas, Australia, HK, Japan, EU, Europe, Africa, Asia... everywhere where there is no war or other thing preventing commercial flights to enter the country. I use POST and the packages are tracked and go by AIR. Delivery times are quite fast and take maximum 2 weeks woldwide.

I accept paypal, credit card or direct IBAN transfers.

Pricing:
Prices are shown under every product. If you need a bulk or you have a project or exhibition where you need to print hundreds of element please let me know and I will make you an offer. I do bulk offers, volume discounts, wholesale etc.

Returns:
Generally I do not accept retruns as I produce all parts on demand. If there is a quality problem I will be happy to support and/or replace the parts in question.
